Whispering Pines Resort has 325 feet of gorgeous sandy beach with a swimming area and a playground for your family’s enjoyment. Our cozy and comfortable cabins are stocked with all you need to make your vacation a home away from home. Each cabin has a set of dishes, coffee maker, heat, air conditioning, WI-FI, a charcoal grill and picnic tables. Our store offers clothing, snacks, ice cream, and on site bait and ice. Simply bring your food, swimming suit, and fishing gear to be ready for a week of relaxing in the Northland.

Our sandy beach is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, set out on a kayak or paddle-board, or sit by the fire and enjoy the lake view. We offer a designated swimming area, a playground from small children, and a long fishing pier.

We are located on Big Pine Lake known for some of the best fishing in Ottertail County. Walleye, Northern, Bass and panfish can all be found in Big Pine.
