With 1,800 acres of water, 14 islands, and numerous inlets and bays, Big Lake is a place of rugged beauty. This northern MN lake is one of the DNR’s top-rated walleye lakes and also holds northern pike, smallmouth bass, and perch. No motor-size restrictions. Public boat ramp access nearby. Private boat launch on site.
