Travelling with your pet is also a nice option for your family as several of the cabins allow pets with prior permission.Best seen by boat explore over 65 miles of undeveloped forested chain of lakes right from your lakeside cabin. Hike, swim, and enjoy fishing for trophy walleye, bass and northern pike in the waterways of the only National Park in Minnesota. Voyageurs Natl. Park is the largest water based national in the USA and a largely road less park! Indulge in the peace of an afternoon kayaking trip, or keep your eyes open for the incredible eagles soaring overhead as you cast your line in the bountiful waters of Lake Kabetogama. Canoes and kayaks are also free of charge to our cabin stay guests, enjoy a leisurely paddle in our private bay or venture further to claim your own island for a picnic!

In the summer months’, family and youth activities are scheduled throughout the week including an ice cream social and minnow races as a few of the guest favorites! After a day of enjoying the lake and National Park activities come home in the evening for a cook-out and roast s’mores around your own cabin’s fire ring! The night sky stars are brilliant and you have a good chance of seeing the Aurora Borealis too.

In the spring and fall, the vibe of the resort is more relaxed and laid back with avid anglers and romantic couples getting away to enjoy cozy cabins and all that our amazing area has to offer.

We have 8 housekeeping cabins, 6 campsite with water and electric with a dump station. 

We are located on the Ash River which connects to Kabetogama, Namakan, Sandpoint, Cranelake without portaging and Rainy Lake with a small
portag.

On-Site Facilities

We have a full Restaurant and Bar that is open to the public everyday. We offer bait,Gas,Groceries on and off sale liquor,pop,snacks and ice cream treats.

Nearby Facilities
We are right on the edge of Voyageurs Natl.Park which offers boat tours. We are 30 miles from Int. Falls and the Canadian boarder.

Running around the lake and taking in all the beauty is just part of our area, you can stop at the historical KettleFalls or the Elsworth rock gardens. You can also by car take in the bear sanctuary or the soudan underground mine.
